...that brings us to what's next. Fast and furious preparations for next month's show at OhNo!DOOM gallery in Chicago, that's what.
I have started to enjoy the idea of "themes" for any group of critters bigger than 4; it helps me come up with ideas, and there's something really aesthetically pleasing about a whole group that just seems to "go" together.
My theme for this show will be a sort of grimy pre-WWI military vibe. Lots of neutral colors, ratty old army wool, bandages, medals, dinged-up brass. While this isn't an actual piece from the show, it's a sort of color/texture exercise for what sort of tone you can expect. More soon...

This is a great idea. I can't wait to see what you come up with. I would like to own one of your originals by the end of the year.
Have you ever thought of doing one with an underbite? (Teeth only on the bottom?) I think that would be irresistable!
